According to a local prominent figure, the number of illegal lake (situ) is more than 50 lakes. The illegal sand mining has occurred more around 30 years and there have not been effort from the government of Indonesia to stop the ecology wickedness.

When we went there, we were the eye witnesses of the wickedness. There were many trucks prepared to carry the explored sand to some black marketer. We just stand without action. We were speechless while watching the mining activities. The miner were working hard while we came there. They did not care about the environment….

WHO CARES, WHO CARES, WHO CARES, WHO CARES,…………………..

We see, We cry, We protest, We written…..
